Complete sets of two photographic projects by Dennis Witmer: Far to the North (ffALB box 1) and Alaska as the Measure (fffALB
boxes 1-2). Far to the North includes views of the Brooks Range taken in 1996 and comprises all the images published in Witmer's
book Far to the North: photographs from the Brooks Range (2005, Far to the North Press). Alaska as the Measure includes views
taken between 1988 and 2016 in many Alaska wilderness locations, including Denali Park, Tanana River, Selawik River, Gook
Inlet, Glenn Highway, Richardson Highway, Chamiso Island, Upinigvik, Karupa Lake, Tok Cut Off, Dalton Highway, Kotzebue, Matanuska
Glacier, Parks Highway, Adak Island, Saint Paul Island, Matanuska River and Hatcher Pass.
